Our sessions are trauma-informed and paced with care, with an attunement to your nervous system and a deep respect for your boundaries. Nothing is forced. Everything is invitation.
We anchor this process with tea—a sacred ritual that brings us into the body and into the moment. The warmth of the cup, the rhythm of breath, the silence between words—all of these become tools for regulation, reflection, and renewal. Polia Giannoulidis-Fike is a first-generation Australian of Anatolian Greek and Italian heritage, now based in Daytona Beach, Florida. She works as a Victim’s Advocate at a domestic violence shelter, where she supports individuals on their journey toward safety, healing, and self-determination.
Polia is also a Transformational Tarot Guide, offering sessions that weave together archetypal wisdom, symbolic storytelling, and sacred ritual. Her work is deeply inspired by the energy of Akhilandeshvari—She Who Is Never Not Broken, She Who Is Never Not Whole, embracing transformation not as a destination, but as a sacred state of becoming.
Through tarot and tea ceremony, she holds space for those moving through grief, change, and reawakening—inviting presence, reflection, and the quiet power of returning to oneself.
